Junior Men and Women 18 and under
(All races on a 0.65 mile course)
Held under USAC rules. Helmets must be worn at all times while on the bike.
Each registered participant will receive a $10 voucher to redeem with vendors in the expo area.
- * Racers will be lined up based on their general classification placing to increase race safety.
- Rules: All USACycling Rules and Regulations apply.
- Neutral Support: Provided by Shimano. Not liable for lost or stolen wheels; Free lap rule until 5 laps to go in the criteriums.
- This is a stage race based on points.
- There will be no timecut for any stage.
- We may split fields or neutralize events for safety reasons

juniors - Check in Friday April 12 7:00 AM Lake Perris Recreation Area. West parking lot. Racer Meeting
at 8:30 AM. - Technical Guide will be available by March 15.
- Late fee of $25 applies after Friday, March 15 at 11:59 PM Pacific.
- Online registration closes Friday April 5 at 11:59 PM Pacific.
- Riders must sign in before Stage 2 and Stage 3.
- We are limiting time trial equipment. All bicycles used in Stage 1 Time Trial must conform to UCI bicycle regulations. All riders aged 14 and younger are restricted to mass-start bicycles.
- Rider and guardian must sign USACycling Release Notice and Authorization for Release of Medical Information.
