Pro Guest Rider Registration

Guest rider entries are intended for qualified riders seeking placement on a composite or existing team for the Redlands Bicycle Classic through the event’s official guest rider pool. For the men’s race, guest riders must hold a current USA Cycling (or federation-recognized) Category 1 or Professional license; for the women’s race, guest riders must hold a Category 1, Category 2, or Professional license.

Submitting a Guest Rider Application

Submitting a guest rider application does not guarantee placement on a team or entry into the event; acceptance is at the discretion of team managers and race organizers. Riders selected as guest riders will be contacted directly using the information provided during registration and will be charged a $300 entry fee for participation in the race.
All prospective guest riders must complete the online guest rider form linked here and provide required information, including license details, team or club affiliation, race résumé, and emergency contact information. Team managers may review the guest rider pool and invite riders to fill available roster spots; riders may not appear on more than one roster or compete for a team not properly registered with the event.

Riders competing for a Team other than the one Printed on their License

Riders competing for a team other than the one printed on their license must secure a written release from their current team, and that team may not also be entered in the race; foreign riders not on UCI teams must provide appropriate federation permission letters where required. All riders, including guest riders, must present valid licenses at on-site check-in and sign all required event waivers and medical releases before receiving numbers.

Guest Riders are considered Full Members of their Host Team

Guest riders are considered full members of their host team for the duration of the event and must comply with all race rules, team manager instructions, and event schedules, including sign-in, meetings, and staging times. Riders are expected to uphold professional standards of conduct on and off the bike; failure to follow event regulations or team agreements may result in removal from the race or denial of future invitations.

By submitting a guest rider request, you acknowledge these conditions and understand that roster decisions are final and subject to event capacity and competitive considerations.
